About Dominican Republic Projects

Dominican Republic Projects (DRP) is committed to cross-cultural understanding and self-sustaining initiatives in health, education and the environment in the town of Cotui, Dominican Republic. DRP operates under the auspices of Norwich Congregational Church-UCC.

A group from the Upper Valley region of New Hampshire and Vermont traveled to the Dominican Republic from Feb. 15 to Feb. 26, 2013.

Rita Severinghaus, founder of Dominican Republic Projects, and nurse Chris DiPaola recounted their 2010 trip to Cotui in the video below. It offers a good overview of the work performed by DRP.
